 Ready to do this? Each one of these workouts is time based and total exactly 30 minutes of work.

Rest time isn’t built into the time, but if you need it, take it.

After each workout will be ~3-5 minutes of Core Maintenance.

Circuit 1- Repeat 1X

 Shadow Boxing- 3 Mins

  Skip Rope or Air Skip- 2 Mins

 Mountain Climbers- 2 Mins

  Box Steps- 2 Mins

Circuit 2- Repeat 3X

 Jumping Jacks- 2 Mins

  Jumping Lunges- 1 Min

  Plank Jacks- 1 Min

 High Knees- 2 Mins

Circuit 3- Repeat 1X

 Skip Rope or Air Skip- 3 Mins

Maintenance- Core Strength

 Roll Planks- 30

 V-Up Situps- 25

 Flutter Kicks- 50

Done! Remember that on off-days you can feel free to run through another core workout if you want to turn it up a notch!
