1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple

3 Fresh Strawberries

1 Scoop Legion Birthday Cake Whey+ Protein Powder

5-6 Ice cubes

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

**If using fresh pineapple instead of frozen, add 1/2 cup of ice cubes.  Adjust ice or liquid as needed for desired consistency.


  1.  Place the frozen pineapple, fresh strawberries,  ice cubes, Legion Birthday Cake Protein Powder, and Coconut milk in a blender. 
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
