If you love all things cookie dough then you’ll love this healthy protein cookie dough recipe.  It takes just like the real deal without all the guilt!  Please note, the picture of the protein cookie dough above is half recipe.

Ingredients

1 Scoop Legion Birthday Cake Whey+ Protein Powder

2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter

2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk or Almond Milk

10-12 Dark Chocolate Chips

**For less calories, half the recipe. If you like Salty ‘n Sweet treats try the Legion Salted Caramel Protein Powder.

Preparation

  1.  Place one scoop of Legion Birthday Cake Protein Powder into bowl, add peanut butter, and coconut milk.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are blended together. The consistency should be thick as cookie dough. If it is too thin add less milk next time.
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir.
  4. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
