CORE WORKOUT Here’s a little circuit for you to help strengthen your core and define your stomach. You can add it to the end of your workout routine as a great finisher or squeeze it into your busy day in addition to focusing on getting your steps up 👌🏼 Aim for 3-4 rounds of 12-15 reps of each exercise. 1) alternating core reach 2) plank kick through 3) side jacknife (both sides) 4) plank thrust & jack legs Give it a go if you want to work this area 💪🏼 and don’t forget you must be consistent with good habits to achieve your health goals. 😘
