Power Flow is a breath-to-movement asana practice designed to build heat and increase stamina, strength, and flexibility. The dynamic flow will physically challenge your body while creating an opportunity to melt away the stress from your day.
All levels Flow is a breath-to-movement asana practice designed to build strength in the core, heat and balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. This class will make you feel alive and revived with a calm mind.
Gentle flow cultivates awareness of movement and breath at a slow and steady flow. The class focuses on mindful breath and movement as well as postural alignment cues to encourage mindfulness and embodiment of postures.
Sivananda Yoga is a systematic and precise approach to classical Hatha Yoga, consisting of a comprehensive series of pranayamas and asanas that are always performed in a particular sequence. The poses themselves are designed to bend and rotate the spine, lubricate the joints, and lengthen the muscles.
The exact progression of these poses leaves the entire body toned, balanced, supple, and properly aligned. This style allows you to experience a steady pace, longer holds, frequent intervals of relaxation, and an emphasis on the spiritual aspect of yogic practice.
Gentle Yoga is a gentler style of yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense poses, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breathwork, and relaxation.
